Employment Opportunities

We are a Management Consulting firm, led by a Chartered Professional Accountant, CPA, a Certified General Accountant, CGA and a Chartered Certified Accountant, ACCA. We offer bespoke professional services to private clients, owner managed businesses, SME, and other organizations with subject matter expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, business plan preparation, Business Process Optimization, and related services. We design and implement intervention solutions and internal control system that help organizations to maintain a sound fiscal stance; enhance confidence and instill a culture of fiscal prudence and discipline. We help improve performance, enhance productivity and drive growth initiatives.

We are desirous of recruiting:

1. Trainee Accountant
2. Management Trainee
3. Consulting Interns

The ideal candidate for either of the positions above should possess a minimum of CGA Level 4 or PACE level, ACCA level 4, a University Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or other social science disciplines, preferable with a second class upper division or magna cum laude. Recently qualified CGA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA affiliates are highly encouraged to apply.

4. Accounts Clerk Trainees

Candidates should possess advanced Level/CAPE/Associate Degree/Diploma in one or a combination of the following subjects Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other social science courses. Candidates with exceptional CXC results can also apply.

5. Veteran Consultants

Retired consultants who are domain experts in a particular area, industry or topic who desire to remain engaged on a part-time basis are also encouraged to apply. Those who climb mountains know what it takes.

All candidates must possess a high sense of responsibility, discipline and team-building skills, ability to be a self-starter, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be highly driven and results oriented and must possess excellent problem solving skills. Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
